- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated and divided

Step 1Mix artichoke, onion, mayonnaise and 1/2 cup cheese in a 2-quart stoneware crock. Cover and cook on medium for 2-3 hours. A half-hour prior to serving, reduce temperature to warm, top with additional 1/2 cup cheese and cover.
