Ingredients
- 1 pound butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds (pecans)
How To Make almond (pecan) toffee

Step 1Melt all ingredients (except nuts) slowly. Cook and stir constantly until mixture reaches 212 degrees. Then cook without stirring until 236 degrees. Then resume stirring constantly until done (305 degrees).

Step 3Melt chocolate, can use chocolate chips or candy melts, add a little parafin or oil to spreadable consistency. Spread over cooled candy......
