Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    mccormick's season all
  • 1 tsp
    tabasco sauce or louisiana hot sauce
  • Sprinkle
    cayenne pepper (remember, it is hot and gets hotter as time goes on).

    heat mixture above in sauce pan
  • 3 1/2 c
    goldfish crackers
  • 3 1/2 c
    rice chex
  • 3 1/2 c
    wheat chex
  • 4 c
    pretzel sticks broken in half
  • 1 can(s)
    peanuts

How to Make Texas Trash Party Mix

Step-by-Step

  1. In bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
  2. Turn oven on to 225 degrees. Pour cereal mix into pan and coat well with melted mixture. Put UNCOVERED pan in oven and stir every 15 minutes for 2 hours. Pour on paper towels, let cool, then put into airtight container(s).
