Bake on your buttered cookie sheet for 15 minutes. Pull from oven and toss lightly to coat more and bake 5 more minutes. Transfer to parchment paper or other cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam for easy removal. Allow to cool before separating.
I also spray my spoon with Pam to prevent the syrup and the nuts from sticking to it.
Store in airtight container.
Double or triple the batch if you want to give some away to family or friends.
