I make these every Christmas .Believe me you can never make to many,they dissappear so fast.

Ingredients

2 cups pecans, halved
1 - egg white,beaten stiff and dry
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make sugared pecans

Step 1

Beat egg white stiff and dry.

Step 2

Add sugars and vanilla
Step 3

Add pecans and coat well.
Step 4

With fingers,place each half of pecan on 2 cookie sheets.
Step 5

Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 6

Cut off stove and leave pecans in for 30 more minutes.Remove and enjoy.
