Ingredients

1 lbpecan halves (i have used almonds also)
-
1egg white
-
1 tspcold water
-
1 ccane sugar
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1 1/2 tspsalt
How to Make SUGARED PECANS
- Set the oven to 250 F.
- Beat the egg white and water till fluffy.
- Add pecan halves and gently coat them well.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together.
- Fold the sugar mixture into the egg and pecans.
- Spread onto a cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour. Let cool completely and place in airtight containers.
