2 Tbsp
1/8 tsp
cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp
unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 large
egg white, lightly beaten

How to Make Sugared Pecans


  • 1Preheat the oven to 350.
  • 2In a large bowl, toss the pecans with the sugar, cayenne, melted butter and egg white.
  • 3Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake, shaking and tossing 2 to 3 times during cooking, until pecans are golden brown, about 20 minutes altogether.
