- 4 ounces pecan halves (about 1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
How To Make sugared pecans

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350.

Step 2In a large bowl, toss the pecans with the sugar, cayenne, melted butter and egg white.

Step 3Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake, shaking and tossing 2 to 3 times during cooking, until pecans are golden brown, about 20 minutes altogether.
