Ingredients For sugared nuts/cinnamon sugared nuts

3 cnuts (peanuts, whole almonds, pecans, etc)

1 csugar

1/2 cwater
How To Make sugared nuts/cinnamon sugared nuts

1Oven to 300 degrees. In 12 inch skillet over medium heat, bring combined ingredients to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, until syrup has caramelized and nuts are well coated, about 12-15 minutes.

2Immediately spread coated nuts onto buttered baking sheet (large). Bake 10 minutes, stir. Bake 10 minutes more, stir. Cool on rack. Store in airtight container.

3Note: for Cinnamon Sugared Nuts Add 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon with the sugar.
