Ingredients
- 1 pound pecans, halved
- 1 - egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make sugar coated pecans

Step 1Whip egg white and water together. Pour over pecans to moisten.

Step 2Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon, add to moistened pecans.

Step 3Grease sides and bottom of sheet cake pan, I use parchment paper.

Step 4Place pecans in pan and bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir often or at 10 minute intervals. Cool and store in airtight container.
