  • 1
    egg white
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/4 tsp
    allspice, ground
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 1/2 c

How to Make Spicy Pecans


  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees
  2. Beat egg white and water together until foamy
  3. add the sugar and spices
  4. Now let it set 15 minutes
  5. stir in the nuts after 15 minutes
  6. place on a cookie sheet covered in baking spray
  7. bake for 45 minutes, stir often, turn onto wax paper to cool off

    ( for a double recipe bake 1 hour and for triple bake 1 hr 15 min )
