Ingredients
- 1 - 16 oz. jars peanuts, unsalted, dry roasted (3 cups)
- 1 1/3 tablespoons olive or canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mexican or cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make sweet and spicy peanuts

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 300°.

Step 2Stir the peanuts and oil together in a bowl.

Step 3Whisk the remaining dry ingredients and sprinkle over the peanuts. Stir to coat.

Step 4Spread peanuts in a single layer on a large, 11 x 16 baking sheet, sprayed lightly with PAM.

Step 5Bake for 25 minutes. Stir peanuts after the first 15 minutes.

Step 6Cool completely and store in a jar or air-tight container.
