How to Make Spiced Pecans


  1. Beat egg whites and water until frothy. Add pecans and stir well.
  2. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Fold into nut mixture until well coated.
  3. Bake on a buttered pan at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
