Ingredients
- 2 pounds pecan halves
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 - egg whites
- 2 tablespoons water
- - pinch of salt
How To Make spiced pecans

Step 1Beat egg whites and water until frothy. Add pecans and stir well.

Step 2Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Fold into nut mixture until well coated.

Step 3Bake on a buttered pan at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
