spiced pecans
I make these every fall when my pecan tree gives me lots of pecans. They are a favorite of my family and friends and they are really easy to make. These may be made ahead of time and packed in airtight containers. They improve with time and travel well.

Ingredients
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
How To Make spiced pecans

Step 1Combine all ingredients, except pecans, and boil 1 minute

Step 2Remove from heat and add pecans.

Step 3Toss with a fork until they are all coated.

Step 4Spread on waxed paper and let cool.

Step 5When completely cooled, break apart and store in an airtight container.
