Ingredients
- 1 cup raw shelled peanuts
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1 cup dashi broth or water
How To Make soy braised peanuts

Step 1Add 2 cups of water to a pan and bring to a boil and add peanuts and let boil for 10 minutes. Drain the peanuts

Step 2Add peanuts back to the pan and put all the ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a low simmer and simmer until all liquid is absorbed. About 25 to 30 minutes
