- 1 quart pecan halves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 large egg white
- SUCCESS IS THE WHIPPED EGG WHITE. MAKE IT STIFF
How To Make roasted salted pecans

Step 1Beat egg white stiff

Step 2Add salt, milk, water, suger to stiff egg white, mix well until well coasted.

Step 3Pour into cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 4Bake 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Stir every 15 mintues.
