Ingredients
- 4 cups pecans
- 2 - storage bags
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 - egg white
- 1 teaspoon cold water
How To Make roasted candied pecans

Step 1fill one storage bag with sugar, salt and cinnamon. Fill the other bag with the egg white and water

Step 2Mix the pecans in the storage bag that contains the egg white and water. Transfer the pecans to the storage bag with the sugar mixture, mix well.. Bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring the batch every 20 mi.
