Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 large egg whites
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups pecan halves

How To Make pecan kisses

Step 1

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add brown sugar and vanilla. Fold in pecans. Coat each pecan half well. Put on buttered cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Don't let them touch. Bake in preheated 250 degree oven for 30 minutes. Turn oven off and don't open door for 30 minutes more. Put in airtight container. Can freeze
