Ingredients
- 1 large orange, juice and rind
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 quart pecan halves
How To Make orange pecans

Step 1Squeeze orange and reserve juice in a heavy sauce pan. Grate rind and add to juice.

Step 2Add sugar and bring to a rolling boil.

Step 3Add nuts gradually, stirring contantly until sugar is absorbed.

Step 4Remove from heat and continues to stir until nuts separate. Turn out onto waxed paper to dry.
