How to Make Old Fashioned Roasted Pecans

Step-by-Step

  1. oven @ 225 degrees. lightly grease baking pan.
    combine egg white and water in a mixing bowl; beat
    until fluffy. Fold in pecans to coat evenly.
  2. In a shaker, combine sugar, salt and cinnamon. Dust
    pecans evenly with sugar mixture; spread nuts in
    prepared pan.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until toasted and fragrant
    stirring every 15 minutes for about 1 hour.
    Cool on pan and store in airtight container.
