- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can mixed nuts

Step 1Put nuts in a greased cookie sheet.

Step 2Cook butter and sugar over low heat in a heavy saucepan, stir constantly until the color of peanut brittle. Pour this mixture over the nuts. Cool. Break into chunks. Store in airtight container.
