Ingredients
- 1/3 cup raisins or craisins
- 1/2 pound firm tofu
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 teaspoons all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup very hot water
- 1/4 cup vanilla soy yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make maple nut spread

Step 1Place raisins in a small bowl and pour the hot water over them; set aside. Place remaining ingredients, except the raisins and nuts in a blender or food processor. Blend well, scrape down sides if necessary.

Step 2Drain raisins and chop into small pieces or chop in blender. Add raisins and nuts to the tofu mixture and blend well.

Step 3Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Mixture will keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days or so.
