Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup water
2 1/2 cups pecan halves

How To Make mama's candied pecans

Step 1

Cook all ingredients, except pecans to soft ball stage. Add pecans and stir to coat each pecan, leaving no excess candy. Pour onto wax paper, separate and allow to harden.
