Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. In a large greased roasting pan, combine the two cereals, pretzels, and almonds.
In a separate saucepan, combine the brown sugar, butter or margarine, honey, and salt over medium heat.
Stirring constantly, bring the liquid mixture to a boil, and boil for 1 minute.
Remove the saucepan from the stove and stir in the vanilla and baking soda.
