Ingredients For gingerbread granola

1/2 tsprawspicebar’s gingerbread spices

3 crolled oats
-
2 craw nuts (we like almonds, pecans, and/or walnuts)

3 Tbspcane sugar
-
1/2 tspsea salt

1/4 ccoconut or olive oil
-
1/3 cmaple syrup (or honey)

2 Tbspmolasses
-
1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make gingerbread granola

1Preheat oven to 325ºF. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

2Over medium-low heat, warm coconut oil, maple syrup (or honey), molasses, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan for 3-4 minutes. Add dry ingredients, including RawSpiceBar’s German Gingerbread Spices, and combine.

3Move mixture to large baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until granola becomes crisp and browned.

4Remove pan from oven and let cool. Store in an airtight container and enjoy with yogurt, milk, or as is!
