~ easy pralines ~ sis's
Yum! My sis brought these to a party over the weekend and they were gone in a flash, I asked her for the recipe and she kindly obliged. These are great crumbled over ice cream or just as a snack. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar & packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup - light or dark
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- PINCH - salt
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves - toasting makes them better
How To Make ~ easy pralines ~ sis's

Step 1In a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together the milk, sugars, peanut butter, corn syrup, butter and salt. Stir until sugars are dissolved. Keep stirring for another 12 minutes as the mixture bubbles around the edge of the pan. Stir in the pecans and continue stirring until mixture thickens and reaches soft ball stage. ( about 8 minutes ) Remove pan from the heat and drop confection by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper. Let cool and then using a thin knife or spatula, remove from paper and place in a covered container. Enjoy!
