Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    honey
  • 2/3 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 4 c
    rolled old fashioned oats
  • 1 c
    honey roasted peanuts
  • 1
    9 oz package plum amazins

How to Make Crunchy Peanut Granola Clusters

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Melt honey, peanut butter, vanilla and cinnamon in a large saucepan. Add oats and peanuts; stir well. Spread in a single layer on prepared baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off oven and let granola sit in warm oven for 30 minutes more. Let cool, then stir in Plum Amazins. Store in an airtight container. Makes about 7 cups.
