I made these to take as a sampler for a fundraiser event, along with a few other items and they were a HUGE hit! I just came up with the recipe a week ago so I have not tried it on my family and friends (I live alone) but mom and dad loved them too. I think you will too. Very simple to make.

prep time 5 Min
cook time 15 Min
method Stove Top

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons half and half
  • 2 teaspoons pampered chef cinnamon plus spice blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups pecans, halved

How To Make cinnamon spice pecans

Combine sugar, half and half, Pampered Chef Cinnamon Plus Spice Blend and salt in the Pampered Chef Executive 1.5-qt. covered saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat on stovetop stirring constantly.
