This is one of the fastest and easiest recipes for sugared nuts I have ever made and they were devoured by my family and guests ...Definitely will have to double or triple the batch for Christmas munching and gift giving!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk (like carnation or store brand)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups nuts, whole or halves (your favorite)
How To Make cinnamon nuts

Step 1Combine all ingredients,except nuts. Stir and dissolve mixture over medium heat.

Step 2Add nuts and continue to cook and stir until nuts are completely sugared with no syrup is left in the pan.

Step 3Spread out on non stick foil and let cool and dry.
