How to Make Carameled Peanuts
- 1Beat egg white and water until frothy - not stiff.
- 2Add peanuts, stir until they are well coated.
- 3Combine sugar and salt then pour this over the nuts and egg white mixture.
- 4Bake at 225 on a greased, tinfoil lined cookie sheet.
- 5Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour.
