Ingredients
- 1 pound peanuts
- 2 - egg whites
- 1 teaspoon cold water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make carameled peanuts

Step 1Beat egg white and water until frothy - not stiff.

Step 2Add peanuts, stir until they are well coated.

Step 3Combine sugar and salt then pour this over the nuts and egg white mixture.

Step 4Bake at 225 on a greased, tinfoil lined cookie sheet.

Step 5Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour.
