This came from my oldest son who also makes them every holiday. This is a great treat starting at Thanksgiving and goes clear till Christmas. Its a great Holiday snack and a great jar gift if you like to give homemade treats.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon beaten egg white
- 2 cups whole pecans
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
How To Make candied pecans

Step 1Beat egg whites till foamey. Add pecans & stir till well coated. Combine sugar & cinnamon together. Sprinkle sugar mixture over pecans and toss till covered completely. Spread on a non stick baking sheet single layer.

Step 2Bake at 300 degrees till golden brown. (About 20 - 30 minutes)
