- 1 cup macadamia nuts, unsalted
- 1/2 cup super-fine sugar (castor sugar)
How To Make candied macadamia nuts

Step 1Heat a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Add the sugar and macadamia nuts to the pan and stir.

Step 2Keep stirring gently until the sugar melts and the macadamia nuts have caramelized.

Step 3Carefully pour contents of pan on a parchment paper covered tray or cookie sheet. Allow to cool and then break into pieces. Keep in a tightly covered container.
