Ingredients
- 5 pounds green peanuts
- 1/4-1/2 box kosher salt
- 1/4-1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
How To Make boiled peanuts

Step 1Fill pot with enough water so all peanuts are floating with room to sink.

Step 2Add salt to taste (1/4 - 1/2 box).

Step 3Add one or two splashes of white vinegar.

Step 4Bring to boil, reduce heat to low; boil for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Step 5After boiling, let peanuts soak in brine for about 2 hours. You can store in ziploc bags in the refrigerator if you have any left.
