Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons each honey and maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, chopped pecan and dry roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- - sea salt
How To Make almond butter granola

Step 1Preheat oven 300 degrees. In a sauce pan mix the almond butter, coconut oil, honey, maple syrup, salt, vanilla and almond extract until smooth.

Step 2In a large bowl. mix the oatmeal, almonds. pecans and peanuts together. Pour in the almond butter mixture.

Step 3Spread the mixture on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.Bake for 40 minutes. Stirring half way through. Remove from oven and let cool 20 minutes. Do not stir. Top with mini chocolate chips and sprinkle with sea salt. Store in air tight container.
