Great for folks that like Zing in their appetizers. I like to take this to Holiday Gatherings along with an assortment of crackers. *Note: Alpino Brand Pepper mixes can be found in most major Supermarkets, in the pickle section, or purchased online at www.puckeredpickle.com

Ingredients

  • INGREDIENTS
  • 2 packages (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated.
  • 3 ounces pepperoni, chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup hot gardiniera, in oil, drained and chopped finely (i prefer alpino pizza topping* if available)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 dashes low sodium worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)

How To Make spicy italian cheese ball

  • Step 1
    Make sure Cream Cheese is softened.
  • Step 2
    Add all ingredients to a large bowl, combine and mix thoroughly.
  • Step 3
    Place mixture in plastic wrap and form into a log or ball.
  • Step 4
    Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Flavor is best if allowed to sit overnight.
