Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/8 cup • crushed red pepper
- 1 package dry salad dressing mix (ranch or italian)
- 1 box saltine crackers (i used the unsalted tops)
- - grated parmesan cheese to taste - optional
How To Make spicy crackers

Step 1Using a large Tupperware-type bowl that seals well, put in the crackers.

Step 2Mix the other ingredients together and pour over the crackers.

Step 3Let it sit for 20 minutes and turn the container over and let it stand for another 20 minutes.

Step 4Keep doing the 20 minutes turning until all the oil has been absorbed in the crackers.
