Goes really good with summer sausage or just to snack on. I have included the basic recipe, you can experiment and add or take away spices to suit your taste buds. If you want a cracker that goes with chili, add chili seasoning....you get the idea *smiles*

Ingredients

  • 1 box
    saltine crackers
  • 1 pkg
    dry ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 2 tsp
    greek seasoning (opt)
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    crushed peppers
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onions

How to Make Seasoned Crackers

Step-by-Step

  1. Place crackers in a gallon jar that has a seal tight lid.
  2. Mix all the seasonings into the oil.
  3. Drizzle the seasoned oil over the crackers.
  4. Place lid on jar. Rotate jar tossing the crackers around until evenly coated.
  5. Turn out onto a cookie sheet lined with paper towels and let sit for little bit so the crackers absorb the oil.
  6. Store in an airtight container or ziploc bag.
