Goes really good with summer sausage or just to snack on. I have included the basic recipe, you can experiment and add or take away spices to suit your taste buds. If you want a cracker that goes with chili, add chili get the idea *smiles*

Ingredients For seasoned crackers

  • 1 box
    saltine crackers
  • 1 pkg
    dry ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 2 tsp
    greek seasoning (opt)
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    crushed peppers
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onions

How To Make seasoned crackers

    Place crackers in a gallon jar that has a seal tight lid.

    Mix all the seasonings into the oil.
  • 3
    Drizzle the seasoned oil over the crackers.

    Place lid on jar. Rotate jar tossing the crackers around until evenly coated.

    Turn out onto a cookie sheet lined with paper towels and let sit for little bit so the crackers absorb the oil.

    Store in an airtight container or ziploc bag.
