Goes really good with summer sausage or just to snack on. I have included the basic recipe, you can experiment and add or take away spices to suit your taste buds. If you want a cracker that goes with chili, add chili seasoning....you get the idea *smiles*

Ingredients

  • 1 box saltine crackers
  • 1 package dry ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons greek seasoning (opt)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons crushed peppers
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions

How To Make seasoned crackers

  • Step 1
    Place crackers in a gallon jar that has a seal tight lid.
  • Step 2
    Mix all the seasonings into the oil.
  • Step 3
    Drizzle the seasoned oil over the crackers.
  • Step 4
    Place lid on jar. Rotate jar tossing the crackers around until evenly coated.
  • Step 5
    Turn out onto a cookie sheet lined with paper towels and let sit for little bit so the crackers absorb the oil.
  • Step 6
    Store in an airtight container or ziploc bag.
