Goes really good with summer sausage or just to snack on. I have included the basic recipe, you can experiment and add or take away spices to suit your taste buds. If you want a cracker that goes with chili, add chili seasoning....you get the idea *smiles*

Ingredients
- 1 box saltine crackers
- 1 package dry ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
- 2 teaspoons greek seasoning (opt)
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons crushed peppers
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
How To Make seasoned crackers

Step 1Place crackers in a gallon jar that has a seal tight lid.

Step 2Mix all the seasonings into the oil.

Step 3Drizzle the seasoned oil over the crackers.

Step 4Place lid on jar. Rotate jar tossing the crackers around until evenly coated.

Step 5Turn out onto a cookie sheet lined with paper towels and let sit for little bit so the crackers absorb the oil.

Step 6Store in an airtight container or ziploc bag.
