My family and friends love these crackers as a snack while camping at the lake on weekends.

1 pkg
hidden valley ranch dip mix
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
2 Tbsp
dried crushed red pepper
1 1/2 c
canola oil
1 box
saltine crackers

How to Make Seasoned Crackers


  • 1Put crackers in a large air tight container. Mix thoroughly the remaining ingredients (I shake in an airtight container). Pour over crackers. Seal container and carefully toss crackers every 15 minutes for 2 hours. (VERY important that the crackers are tossed as directions instruct. Otherwise the crackers will be too greasy.) Another option...Oyster/Soup crackers may be used instead of saltines.
    Amount of red pepper may be adjusted to taste.
