- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 3/4 teaspoon dried italian herb seasoning
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- - parmesan cheese
How To Make quick crackers

Step 1Cut each egg roll wrapper into 4 strips with kitchen shears. Arrange in a single layer on lightly greased baking sheets. Set aside.

Step 2Preheat oven to 375. Combine olive oil,water,garlic salt, seasoning, and red pepper. Brush mixture onto each strip.

Step 3Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese. Remove to wire rack to cool. Store in air tight container.
