6 dozen crackers


  • 1 pkg
    egg roll wrappers
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 3/4 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 3/4 tsp
    dried italian herb seasoning
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp
    ground red pepper
  • ·
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Quick Crackers


  1. Cut each egg roll wrapper into 4 strips with kitchen shears. Arrange in a single layer on lightly greased baking sheets. Set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 375. Combine olive oil,water,garlic salt, seasoning, and red pepper. Brush mixture onto each strip.
  3. Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese. Remove to wire rack to cool. Store in air tight container.
