Be prepared to make a lot of these because they are very addicting!

  • 1 1/2 c
    cooked chicken, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    yellow mustard
  • 3/4 c
    real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 large
    celery stick, finely diced
  • 1 large
    scallion, finely diced using the green
  • 1/4 c
    chopped bread and butter pickles ( or sweet relish)
  • 1 box
    basket of cherry tomatoes, cut each one in half
  • 1 c
    shredded cheese
  • ·
    ritz crackers, original

How to Make Puttin' on the Ritz Snack


  1. In a medium mixing bowl add your chicken and mustard.
  2. starting adding all your other ingredients except the cheese and mix
  3. On a cookie sheet place your ritz crackers salty side down.
  4. Add a little of your chicken salad on top.
  5. Place some cheese on top of that.

    Put in your oven on 350 degrees and heat up just until cheese starts to melt.
  6. Take your tomatoes that you cut in half and place one on top of each cracker.
  7. Serve up!
