I always have a variety of cheese in my fridge, just waiting to be used in something wonderful. I decided to create a new cheese spread. WOW! It's just awesome! I served it at my weenie roast last night and I was lucky to get one cracker, before it was gone. I hope you try this awesome spread sometime. You won't be disappointed.

Enjoy!

How to Make ~ One Tasty Cheddar Spread ~ Cassies

Step-by-Step

  1. First, I shred my cheese and placed in food processor. Pull cream cheese into several pieces and add it next. Now add the milk, butter, mustard and onion. Pulse until all is smooth and spreading consistency. Add the paprika and pulse until thoroughly blended.
  2. Place in serving dish and serve with crackers. I believe this spread would be great served as a condiment to sandwiches. Awesome flavor!
