- 1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained, juice reserved
- 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 sleeve - ritz crackers, crushed
How To Make *** mom's pineapple casserole ***

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Spray shallow casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread pineapple.

Step 3Bowl = mix sugar, flour, reserved pineapple juice, mix well. Pour over pineapple. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 4Mix together butter & crushed crackers. Spread over pineapple & cheese. Bake until hot & lightly browned.
