Ingredients

  • 1 lg. can pineapple chunks, drained, juice reserved
  • 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 sleeve - ritz crackers, crushed

How To Make *** mom's pineapple casserole ***

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Spray shallow casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread pineapple.
  • Step 3
    Bowl = mix sugar, flour, reserved pineapple juice, mix well. Pour over pineapple. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Step 4
    Mix together butter & crushed crackers. Spread over pineapple & cheese. Bake until hot & lightly browned.
