This is another recipe from my cousin Cassandra. It goes great as a side dish with Ham. It has quickly become a family favorite.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 20 ounces canned pineapple tidbits, drained - but reserve juice
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- - ritz crackers, 1/2 roll, crumbled
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make hot pineapple casserole

Step 1Combine sugar and flour in a 2 quart casserole dish. Add pineapple and cheese. Mix together. Pour a small amount of reserved juice over mixture. Stir.

Step 2Sprinkle with cracker crumbs over top. Pour melted butter over crumbs.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
