This recipe I made for my children when they were young,25 years ago and still make it today. This is so fresh and a better taste than box.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour,or graham flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter cut into slices
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make homemade graham crackers

Step 1Mix together flours,baking soda,baking powder,cinnamon,salt. Cut in butter.

Step 2Mix till it resembles course meal.

Step 3Mix honey,maple syrup and vanilla.

Step 4Blend liquid ingredients with dry ingredients and mix till you form a ball.

Step 5Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

Step 6Take half of dough and roll out on floured surface. Roll out 1/8 inch thick .Cut with a pizza cutter or knife 2 inches wide and 4 inches long. Can make them any size you want.

Step 7Transfer to greased cookie sheet.Space apart one inch.

Step 8Do same for other half of dough.

Step 9Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until firm.
