My girlfriend who lives in Florida gave me this recipe along with her 'Saltine Cracker' recipe as well. I have not made these yet, but fully intend to very soon.

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups white flour
- 2/3 cup rye flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons caraway seeds
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make homemade crackers

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift together first 4 ingredients. Add next 4 ingredients, mix well; knead if necessary. Roll out 1/2 dough on cookie sheet (standard size); should be very thin and evenly distributed. Should cover entire sheet. Score lightly and sprinkle with salt. Bake 10 to 15 minutes until brown. Also can be made with whole wheat instead of rye flour and sesame seeds instead of caraway seeds.
