This is truly an awesome tasting and easy recipe. I got it from an old Italian gentleman who would make it at Christmas. Personally I make it a few times a year. My family loves it, we use it as a dip, spread for sandwiches, to make a stuffing for chicken breast. You won't be disappointed.

Ingredients

How to Make Holiday Cheese Spread

Step-by-Step

  1. Bring both cheeses to room temperature (this can be made with any amount of cheese. Just make sure the ratio is 1 to 1)
  2. Place both cheeses in a mixing bowl. With a whisk on medium to high speed until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Refrigerate and when ready to serve to remove from refrigerator one hour prior to use. Goes excellent with fresh bread slices.
