Ham and Cheese Snack Bites

Susan Bickta

These little "bites" are my "snack" version of a ham and cheese sandwich. The arugula and honey mustard gives these snacks a refreshing flavor twist. They make a great snack as well as an appetizer served at a party.

  • 3Place a slice of tomato on top of ham salad and top each with a piece of cheese. Place under broiler until cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes, being careful not to burn.
