How to Make Halloween Meat Head

  • 1Find a plastic skull or head. Spread cream cheese over all but the eyes and mouth. You can use BBQ sauce or cranberry sauce if you want a bloody effect in place of the cream cheese, but I prefer the taste of cream cheese with the meat.
  • 2For the lunch meat, ham is my favorite due to the flesh tones. (ewww, I know! that is the point here) :) Beef would be a good alternative as well but any meat will work.
Slice pieces of meat and wrap over cream cheese covered head. Make sure not to cover the eyes or mouth area.
  • 3Great centerpiece to any Halloween bash!
