My favorite way to serve this delicious spread is on pumpernickel bread cut in small squares. Perfect for an afternoon tea party with the girls.

Ingredients
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons liquid from salad olives
- dash ground pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chopped green salad olives (the jar will say "salad olives." they are bits and pieces of green olives with pimentos.)
How To Make green olive spread

Step 1Combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise in a medium bowl and mix well. Add the liquid from the salad olives and the pepper and mix.

Step 2Fold in the pecans and salad olives. May chill if not serving right away. When ready to serve, soften until it is spreadable.

Step 3Serve on crackers or the bread of your choice. Great holiday spread or any other time of the year.
