My favorite way to serve this delicious spread is on pumpernickel bread cut in small squares. Perfect for an afternoon tea party with the girls.

Ingredients

6 oz
cream cheese, softened
1/2 c
mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
liquid from salad olives
dash(es)
ground pepper
1/2 c
chopped pecans
1 c
chopped green salad olives (the jar will say "salad olives." they are bits and pieces of green olives with pimentos.)

How to Make GREEN OLIVE SPREAD

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise in a medium bowl and mix well. Add the liquid from the salad olives and the pepper and mix.
  • 2Fold in the pecans and salad olives. May chill if not serving right away. When ready to serve, soften until it is spreadable.
  • 3Serve on crackers or the bread of your choice. Great holiday spread or any other time of the year.
