I make this every New Years Eve to serve with crackers. It is simple, 3 ingredients and I always get compliments. Is one of those dips that people like to munch on with a cocktail.
This is the consistency of a cheeseball more than a dip.
stuffed green olives (chopped) drained, reserve 1 tablespoon liquid
onion, diced fine
How To Make green olive dip
In a large bowl combine all ingredients including reserved liquid, with an electric mixer
Store in a covered dish in refrigerator until serving time
serve with crackers or melba toast rounds
