I made these for my kids when they were small, and when they were a little older we made them together. It was always fun times, and they're really very good.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose or unbleached flour
- 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup sugar or splenda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 stick cold butter, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make graham crackers

Step 1Mix together the flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add the honey, molasses, water and vanilla.

Step 2Mix until dough holds together, then knead in the bowl until well mixed and smooth.

Step 3Roll out between two sheets of wax paper to 1/8" thick. Chill for at least an hour. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut into 2" by 2" squares. Using a fork or toothpick, prick holes in each cracker. Place on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.

Step 4Bake in 350 degree F preheated oven about 15 minutes, until edges are lightly browned. Let cool on pan.
